A historia dos grandes lideres e o trabalho incansavel de quem luta e conquista mudancas que fazem o mundo melhor sao sempre inspiradores, mas as vezes me parecem tao distantes! Eu procuro inspiracao nas coisas mais simples: um solzinho na janela de manha, o sorriso de uma crianca no onibus, abrir o jornal e ver ao menos uma noticia boa, sentir o cheiro familiar de cafe quente, ouvir alguem falar de seus planos, uma musica alto-astral, um passeio por uma rua que eu nao conhecia antes... tudo... An issue that matters to me is [youth] leadership. As I observed the leadership pursuits of my peers, I saw how easily good intentioned-leaders became corrupted leaders, and how charismatic leaders became narcissistic. Some leaders that I admire in history are Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela who not only voiced the many injustices against people of African descent, but who also called for equality for all.
